MOVE BY THE AUSTRALIAN AGENTS-GENERAL. RECOGNITION BY BRITAIN. DESIRED. (Reed This Day, 9.35 a.m.) LONDON, Aug. 10. The Australian Agents-General are to meet on August 15 to consider insistence on the recognition of State rights by Whitehall, which, it is considered, scarcely recognises them and deals exclusively with the Commonwealth. '
