“THE CINGALEE”

The photos displayed in the various business places in town give some idea of the dressing and groupings of the popular opera “The Cingalee,” as produced by the Masterton amateurs. Patrons will be delighted with the gay colours and scenes when they have “The Cingalee” presented to them on Saturday evening in the Opera House. Final rehearsals this week have put the finishing touches to the work and everything points to a most successful season. Booking is very good but patrons who wish satisfactory seats ■. for the various nights should make early application at the Arts and Crafts. The part of “Nanoya,” really the principal one in the opera, is taken by Miss Bebe Francis. Her interpretation of the role should please patrons.
