LAST SEASON’S MANUFACTURE, MEETING OF DIRECTORS. Reporting to the last meeting of directors of the Masterton Dairy Co., the manager stated that the manufacture of butter for the past season totalled 1076.8 tons, a decrease of 123 tons compared' with the previous season, due mainly to the very dry spell experienced in mid-summer and also to several suppliers having changed over to sheep. The factory was reported to be in good working order for the coming season’s operations. The directors decided to make a further payment in September for supplies during the past season. The payout for July was fixed at Is per lb for finest butterfat.
