PASSIONS REAWAKENING IN CZECHOSLOVAKIA GERMAN FATALLY STABBED VARIOUS CITY INCIDENTS (Reed This Day, 1.40 p.m.) LONDON, August 9. The “Daily Mail’s” Prague correspondent says passions are reawakening in Sudetenland. Czechs attacked three Sudetens at Glasgerwald, after a public house squabble, and fatally stabbed Wenzel Baierle. A Czech-Sudqten fight at Saaz resulted in thirteen being injured.. Czechs at Uhterpolaun manhandled and kicked a chauffeur, retaining his clothes as trophies, and also attacked a gymnast. Soldiers in lorries fired at wayside trees, scaring harvesters.
