ORDER OF DRUIDS

MASTERTON LODGE MEETS. The. fortnightly meeting of the Druids’ Lodge was held in the Foresters' Hall last night, the A.D. Bro. A. E. Levick presiding over a large attendance of brethren and visitors. An invitation from the Foresters’ Lodge to meet their members in a game of indoor bowls, was accepted. Invitations were received from Lodge Pahiatua and the Hibernian Lodge to attend social functions connected with their lodges. Nine brothers were declared on the sick benefit of the lodge. Reports were received on a game of indoor bowls played with the Odd Fellows’ Lodge, the result being a win for the Druids. The District President, Bro. H. Bassett, and a number of brethren of Totara Lodge were present and were given a hearty lodge welcome. Sick pay and accounts amounting to £9 8s 2d were passed for payment. At the conclusion of lodge business a very enjoyable social was held.
