The “Daily Telegraph’s” Munich correspondent says Sir lam Hamilton cancelled engagements in Berlin? where he was conducting British exService men on a tour, and flew to Munich in Herr Rudolf Hess’s plane, in response to a sudden invitation from Herr Hitler, who received him at Berchtesgaden and discussed a better Anglo-German understanding. Sir lam Hamilton dined and spent the night as the Fuehrer’s guest.
