MR D. M. FINDLAY (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day.

Obituary—Mr David McCubbin Findlay, aged 72, of the legal firm of Findlay and Foot. He was a brother of the late Sir John Findlay, a former Attorney-General, with whom he had his first partnership in Findlay, Dalziell and Co. He was also in partnership with Mr D. S. Smith, now Mr Justice Smith for a short period. A recognised authority on industrial law, he was engaged in numerous leading cases, and was the first to publish a book of awards in a digest form.
