Viscount Runciman had consultations all day with Dr Hodza and Dr Beqes and in the evening saw a delegation of Sudeten Germans, including Herr William Sebekowsky, the propagandist. Lord Runciman conferred w'ith them for 90 minutes and has arranged to present memoranda. Germany has protested against “the notoriously deliberate flight of Czech planes” across her frontier. M. Krofta expressed regret and declared that the pilots would be punished.
