PARTY LUNCHEONS

A STATEMENT DENIED (To the Editor) Sir —I note that the member for Masterton has made certain statements in the House relative to the free luncheons given by the National Party. Personally I do not know of . any such instances as are cited by Mr Robertson, and as applying to his own district is certainly contrary to fact. No girls attending luncheons in Masterton have even been asked to what party they belonged.—l am, etc. N. A. R. BARRER. Chairman of Women’s Section of Masterton Committee.
