MANAWATU SUGGESTION (By Telegraph—Press Association.) PALMERSTON N„ This Day. As Athletic Park.-Wellington, is not available for the match All Blacks versus the Rest, which is set down for August 20, the following telegram has been sent to the New Zealand Union by the Manawatu Union: “We note that arrangements cannot be made for an All Blacks’ match at Wellington on August. 20. I am instructed to invite your Union to play the match at Palmerston North, play to start at 2 o’clock to allow southern players to catch the boat on that night.”
