NUMBER OF CASES REPORTED IN ESSEX. (Recd This Day, 9.45 a.m.) LONDON, August 4. Twenty-seven cases of infantile paralysis have been reported in Essex. THE JAPANESE EPIDEMIC. (Recd This Day’, 9.45 a.m.) KOBE, August 4. A total of 300 cases of infantile paralysis is reported in Kobe and Osaka.
