MINORITIES IN RUMANIA
PROMISE OF LIBERAL TREATMENT (Recd This Day, 9.45 a.m.) BUCHAREST, August 4.
The Rumanian Government has granted important concessions to minorities, declaring that they must enjoy the same rights and security as the rest of the population. The civil service is open to all and they have the right to their own language, churches, schools and newspapers.
