NAVAL BOARD
CAPTAIN OLIVER RETIRING (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. Commander A. B. Fanshame, whose appointment to the New Zealand naval station for three years was announced by cable today, will take the place of Captain R. D. Oliver, D.S.C., ADC. whose term expires in September. Captain Oliver was appointed to the New Zealand station in 1936, and is the second Naval member on the Naval Board.
