SIMONE SIMON AS VOCALIST.
Many a favourite celebrity, knowr heretofore for straight dramatic acting,, has blossomed, or soon will, intc song on the screen. It's the new vogue and film producers are pleasec with the flood of mail from fans applauding their stars for presenting ; new facet of their personalities to the screen.
Now Simone Simon sings for the first time in the new musical smash hit, “Love And Hisses,” Twentieth Century-Fox picture opening nex> Wednesday at the State Theatre ir which she is co-starred with Walter Winchell and Ben Bernie. Not onlj does Simone sing several of the new songs hits by Gordon and Revel which head the* 1 musical hit list of the film but she is also heard in the famous “Bell Song” from the opera “Lakme.”
