Mrs Still, Marton, is on a visit to Masterton. Miss Edna Coleman, Ormondville, spent the week-end in Masterton. Miss Phyllis Miller, of “Helmieh,” Ohingaiti, is a visitor to Masterton. Mrs Venables, Matamata, is staying with her sister, Mrs B. Kingdon, Waingawa. Mrs G. T. Allen,' who had been on a visit to Hastings, has returned to Eketahuna. Mr and Mrs D. B. Cameron, Hinakura, are spending a few days in Wellington. Miss Peggy Donald, Hawke’s Bay, ■was a visitor to Masterton at the week-end. Mrs I. Hooper, of Christchurch, who has been on a visit to Mangamaire, has returned home. Mrs G. Lyall, who has been on a visit to Temuka for six Weeks, has returned to Mangamaire. Miss Gordon, Gladstone, will leave this week for New Plymouth, where she intends to spend a few weeks. Miss Jocelyn Hornabrook, Cornwall Street, Masterton, will leave tomorrow to spend a month’s holiday in Sydney. Nurse Berry has returned to Eketahuha after a month’s visit to Tauranga, where she was the guest of Mrs C. Mackie. Mrs C. T. R. Richardson, The Terrace, Lansdowne, who has been visiting her daughter, Mrs Hardie, Feilding, has returned to Masterton. Mrs N. McKay, Cornwall Street, Masterton, has returned from Wellington, where she has been attending the Women’s Institute Conference. Mrs H. A. Major, of Suva, who has been Spending a few months in New Zealand, is the guest of Mrs A. C. Major, Upper Plain. She will return to Suva by the Niagara on Tuesday next. FEATHERSTON Mrs P. Evans, Hamilton, who has been the guest of Miss Bessie Donald, “Tarureka,” returned to her home today. Miss R. Clapshaw, Who is on the nursing staff of the Dannevirke Hospital, is spending her holidays with her parents in Ludlum Street. PIRINOA Mrs George Hume has taken up her permanent residence in Wellington. Mrs Geo. Busch is the guest of Mrs Scharnweber, -of Masterton. Mrs N. Murphy, of Carterton, is staying with relatives at Kohunui.
