SEVERE HAILSTORM
HEAVY DAMAGE IN ALBERTA (Recd This Day, 12.20 p.m.) CALGARY, August 1.
The most severe hail storm during the summer, followed by torreritial rains, laid waste thousands of acres of fine vzheat over a strip of territory four miles wide and 60 miles long in Central Alberta.
