HENLEY MURDER
PETITION FOR REPRIEVE. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, This Day. A petition for the reprieve of Eric Sandaggar Parks, who is under sentence of death for the murder of Francis Amelia Lee at Henley has been forwarded to Wellington by the prisoner’s counsel, who has received advice from the Uftder-Secretary of Justice that the Executive Council will defer dealing with the matter until the petition is receiv&d.
