The General Secretary of the Fascist, Signor Starace, has ordered the colonial, political and scientific sections of the Fascist unions to study racialism. The “Regime Fascista” declares that law-abiding Jews may live freely in Italy. They will not be treated as enemies, but may not participate in State affairs.
