Beliak, give stylish demonstrations against some of the best players from Hamilton and Auckland. Fast play was seen in the contest between K. G. Cantlay, the Dominion singles champion, and Barna, but the greater experience of the Hungarian gave him the honours. Results: — Singles: —Barna beat E. Cheal, 21/7, 21/15; Beliak beat R. L. Dennis, 21/12, 19/21, 21/14; Barna beat Cantlay, 21/18, 21/12; Beliak beat F. F. S. Boys, 21/14, 21/17; Barna beat Beliak, 21/10, 21/19, 21/12. Doubles: —Barna and Beliak beat Cantlay and Boys, 21/0, 21/17; Beliak and Dennis beat Barna and Cheal, 18/22, 21/19, 14/21, 21/17, 21/19.
