DEED OF SEPARATION
FORMER WOOLWORTH HEIRESS & HUSBAND. By Telegraph—Press Association. Copyright. LONDON, July 30. . Count and Countess Haugwitz-Rev-entlow have signed a deed of separation. The solicitor’s statement says: “It may not be generally known that Lance (their son) is heir presumptive to the family estate of Hardenberg, one of the largest estates in Denmark, and in that capacity may one day be the head of a well-known Danish noble family.” Accordingly a settlement has been reached under Danish law, under which the Count retains his parental rights covering his son’s education, religion and professional career. The Countess is granted care of the child for the greater part of the year while he is young. Other settlements concern Lance’s financial future. The statement adds that the parties separated on terms of complete mutual understanding.
