OBITUARY

MRS D. PEMBER. . The death occurred at the residence, 1 Hope Street, last night of Mrs D. Pember, a resident of Masterton '• for very many years. The late Mrs Pember, who had been an invalid for some years past, was born in 1874 in Winchester, Hampshire, England. A husband, Mr D. Pember; a daughter, Miss L. Pember (Masterton); two sons, Mr G. Pember (Sydney), and Mr J. Pember (Lower Hutt), and two grandsons are left to mourn their loss. A large circle of friends will extend their sympathy to the relatives in their bereavement. The funeral will take place on Monday afternoon.
