The Republican advance on the Ebro sector has continued for a third day, nine towns and villages being captured. The Republicans are fighting almost entirely'with infantry, the insurgents relying almost solely on German aeroplanes. At least five squadrons of German Junkers are co-operating. The Republicans have recovered over 250 square miles in the present offensive. A Nationalist communique states, that 200 were killed, 100 drowned, and' 350 captured when the Republicans crossed the Ebro.
