ARSON ALLEGED
FIRE AT CHANCELLERY IN BERLIN NINE WORKMEN ARRESTED (Recd This Day, 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, July 26. The “Daily Telegraph’s” Berlin correspondent says the secret police have established that the-Chancellery fire on July 20 was due to arson. Nine workmen have been arrested for the offence, which is punishable with death.
