GENERAL FRANCO AGREES NAVAL REPRESENTATIVES TO ACT CQMPENSATION IF BOMBING WAS DELIBERATE (Recd This Day, 12.50 p.m.) LONDON, July 26. Mr Neville Chamberlain announced in the’House of Commons that General Franco had agreed to an investigation by two naval representatives regarderal Franco agreeing to pay compensation if the attacks are reported to ing the bombing of British ships, Genhave been deliberate.
