KONKWD DOWN BY LORRY
RIMU RESIDENT KILLED. (By. Telegraph—Press Association.) HOKITIKA, July 25. A fatality occured in. the main street of Riihu thia afternoon, Charles Francis Mercy, a resident of Rimu, aged 51 years, formerly a horse trainer, being knocked down by a motor-lorry. His head was death being instantaneous. Mr Mercy was unmarried. His .step-mother, Mrs Lynch, resides in Greymouth.
