FALL FROM A HORSE
CARTERTON MAN INJURED YESTERDAY, CAR STARTLES RACING MARE. Keith Carroll, of Carterton, .was admitted to the Masterton Hospital yesterday suffering from concussion received as the result of a fall from a horse. The injured man was riding Gay Artist, a smart racing mare owned by Messrs G. A. Vincent and W. D. Moroney, of Carterton, when she was startled by a car, swerving and unseating her rider. Mr Carroll’s condition is reported to be satisfactory.
