CURRENT SETTING WRONG WAY. CALL TO THE DOMINIONS. LONDON, July 24. Commenting on last week’s migration debate, the “Observer” says it is useless to talk of maintaining the Empire if the source of supply from the Mother Country dries up. There are at present more English returning from Australia and New Zealand than going out. The Dominions must play their part in remedying this.
