PROVINCIAL MINISTRY RESIGNS (Recd This Day, 12.5 p.m.) BOMBAY, July 24. Mr N. B. Khaj, a member of the Congress Party and Prime Minister of the Central Provinces, has resigned, with his colleagues, of the recently reformed Cabinet, at the behest of a sub-Committee. The Governor, Mr F. V. Wylie, did not accept the colleagues’ resignations, and apparently is awaiting the election of a new leader.
