MURDERERS OF DOLLFUSS CALLED MARTVRS HESS SPEAKS TO RELATIVES. IN AUSTRIA. DENIAL THAT GERMANY SEEKS WAR. (Recd This Day, 10.20 a.m.) KLANGENFURH, July 24. Relatives of Planetta and twelve other Nazis, who were hanged for the assassination of Dr Dollfuss (then Chancellor of Austria), on July 25, 1934, attended a Nazi memorial ser•vice outside the prjson, when Herr Hess, Representative of the Fuhrer, made a speech describing those executed as martyrs. He declared that the people who wanted war were outside and not inside Germany, which did not intend to bring any foreign people into the German Reich, but would not allow any Germans in future to be torn from Germany.
