FALL FROM BICYCLE
MASTERTON RESIDENT BREAKS e A LEG. Mr Eric Wickens, of Lincoln Road, Masterton, had the misfortune to fall from his bicycle on Saturday evening by about 6.30 o’clock. He was found by Mr Tui Long in the vicinity of the Implement Company’s building in Lincoln Road. Mr Long attempted to stop several cars to secure assistance but the drivers refused to pull up. Mr Wickens was later conveyed to the Masterton Hospital.
