FAT ARMS

SLIMMING THEM DOWN. Arms which are very fat can never be beautiful, and you must exercise them so that they will be effectively slimmed down. Here is an excellent exercise for this purpose. Stand erect and gradually lift your arms upwards, extending them at right-angles with your shoulders. Then sharply bend your elbows, clenching your hands hard as you bring them down almost on to your head. Open the hands again and then, slightly lower the arms at right-angles, and allow them to fall to your sides. This exercise will effectively employ every muscle in the upper arm, wrist, and hand, and it should be carried out six times each night and morning.
