ON THE UNIMPROVED VALUE OF ALL RATEABLE PROPERTY WITHIN THE BOROUGH OF MASTERTON. A CONSOLIDATED GENERAL, SEPARATE, & SPECIAL RATE of 8 127-200 pence in the £ payable in one sum on the Bth day of August, 1938. ON THE ANNUAL VALUE OF ALL RATEABLE PROPERTY WITHIN THE BOROUGH OF MASTERTON A HOSPITAL & CHARITABLE AID RATE of 5 pence in the, £. A STREET LIGHTING RATE of 2 1-8 pence in the £. A SEPARATE WATER RATE in respect of the Ordinary Water Supply of £2 5s Od per centum- oi) all lands and buildings used as a Dwelling House. A SEPARATE WATER RATE of £1 2s 6d per centum on all lands and buildings used for . any purpose other than a Dwelling House. On all lands and buildings to which water can be, but' is not supplied, situate within 100 yards from any part of the Waterworks a rate of one half of the rates above mentioned. All of which said Water Supply Rates will be payable in one instalment on the Bth day of August, 1938. ANNUALLY RECURRING SPECIAL RATES ON THE UNIMPROVED VALUE OF ALL RATEABLE I RuPERTY WITHIN THE SPECIAL AREA AS DEFINED BY SPECIAL ORDER. A DRAINAGE LOAN RATE of ,18d of Id in the £. A SPECIAL LANSDOWNE FOOTPATHS LOAN RATE of .08 of Id in the £. A SPECIAL LANSDOWNE DRAINAGE RATE of 3|d in the £. FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that under the provisions of section 64 sub-section (3) of the Rating Act, 1925: —The Masterton -Borough Council hereby resolves that a rebate of 5 per cent will be allowed off all rates if paid on or before WEDNESDAY the 7th day of September, 1938.
