. AUSTRALIAN TEAM’S CONCERN. BROMWICH OUT OF FORM. KANSAS CITY, July 21. The chief present concern of the Australian Davis Cup team is the failure of Bromwich to reach'playing form. He had a miserable day today, .losing in straight sets to Schwartz and playing erratically in the doubles. Quist, on the contrary, appears to be improving daily. He and Bromwich defeated Hopman and Schwartz, 8-6, 6-4. i Hopman, captain of the team, told the Australian Associated Press that he understood that the American zone final would be played at Montreal from August 12 to 14.
