Viscountess Galway will be present at the playing of the third hockey Test match, England v New Zealand, at the Basin Reserve, Wellington, tomorrow. Mrs Ewart, Cambridge Terrace, Masterton, is visiting Nelson. Mrs W. Hull, Mhareama, is the guest of Mrs K. Groves, Longbush. Mrs Prendergast Knight and Mrs H. K. Mclntosh, Te Whiti, are visiting Wellington. Mr and Mrs Eric Holmwood, who have been visiting the South Island, will return to Masterton this week. Mrs Alfred Caselberg, Sussex Street, Masterton, is staying with Mr and Mrs Herbert Caselberg, Karori, Wellington. Miss L. Cocker, Albert Street, Masterton, and Miss R. Elliott, Colombo Road, Masterton, will leave this week on a visit to Queensland. Mrs K. Groves, who has been visiting Wellington to attend the conference of the Women’s Division of the Farmers’ Union, has returned to Longbush. Members of the Women’s Division of the Farmers’ Union will be interested to learn that Mrs Wickham, Dominion President, will visit Masterton early in September, and arrangements have been made for her to address a meeting of the local branch on Wednesday, September 7.
