HITLER’S AIDE-DE-CAMP IN LONDON. ’ RECEIVED PRIVATELY 1 BY LORD HALIFAX. (Recd This Day, 11.20 a.m.) LONDON,' July 19. The Australian Associated Press says the disclosure that Herr Hitler’s aide-de-camp Captain Wiedemann, had a long conversation with the Foreign Minister (Viscount Halifax) at the latter’s home, in order to remain “unofficial,” has aroused lively interest. There is little doubt that the meeting is a sequel to recent feelers from Berlin regarding the prbspects of a general European settlement.
