PARIS EN FETE
PREPARING FOR ROYAL VISIT ECONOMIC TROUBLES FORGOTTEN. GREAT INFLUX OF VISITORS. (Recd This Day, 11.55 p.m.) PARIS, July 18. The whole city developed a holiday spirit today. Paris -has been none too gay lately owing to economic factors; but all troubles are forgotten in sightseeing. The streets are filled with crowds all day, viewing the decorations. The police report that 25,000 visitors have .arrived in the last 24 hours.
