WAFFLES
A RELIABLE RECIPE. For waffles the ingredients are: 1 cup milk, 1J cups flour, 3 tablespoons melted butter, 2 eggs, 3 teaspoons baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Sift and mix the dry ingredients, add the milk gradually, and the yolks of eggs well beaten. Then add the butter and whites of eggs beaten stiff. Cook in greased hot waffle irons, and serve with syrup.
