There is a light calendar to be dealt with. In the course of his charge to' the Grand Jury, the Judge referred to the retention of the Grand Jury system, saying he thought all members of the Judiciary favoured its retention. True bills were returned as follows: - —Thomas Lucinsky and Edward Charles Young, alleged breaking, entering and theft; David Allan Steer, alleged incest; Ernest Edward Spicer, alleged unlawful carnal knowledge.
