KING GEORGE’S FUND
GRANTS FOR PLAYING FIELDS LONDON, July 17. A meeting of the Administrative Council of the King George’s Fields Foundation today confirmed grants to a number of news schemes for “King George’s Fields.” The total grants made by the foundation amount to £167„000, the number of approved schemes now being 191, of which 127 are in England, 38 in Scotland, 21 in Wales, three in Northern Island, one in the Channel Islands and one in the Isle of Man.
