In the last fiscal year for which figures are available, sales of cut flowers grown indoors amounted to 51,136,619 blooms at a value of 1,952,128 dollars. Leading all other flowers in popular favour were roses, with 14,232,530 blooms valued at 758,091 dol- ■ lars.
