Ottawa, Canada—During April, Canada shipped 27 head of purebred cattle, valued at 3,060 dollars to China for the improvement of stock in that country. At the same time, 691 head of cattle were sent to the United States and one to Jamaica for breeding purposes. In addition to these, 231 head of cattle for dairy purposes,and 9,118 head of beef beef cattle were exported to the United States.
