DUKE OF KENT PRESIDES AT MEETING. (Received This Day, 10.40 a.m.) LONDON, July 15. The Duke of Kent, who presided over the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music, at St. James’s Palace, endorsed the value of local examinations in Britain and the Dominions.
