DISPUTE OVER CHANGE OF HEADQUARTERS MOVE FROM WELLINGTON TO CHRISTCHURCH. EXECUTIVE MEMBERS LEAVE CONFERENCE. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, July 14. Objecting to the transfer of the Dominion executive of the South African War Veterans’ Association from Wellington to Christchurch, seven delegates from Wellington and Taranaki left the annual conference this morning. The executive members said their action was taken because the change of headquarters was apparently a vote of no-confidence in them. The decision to move the headquarters was reached yesterday, a remit from Timaru being carried by 21 votes to 19.
