ACTIVITIES IN NEW SOUTH WALES. APPOINTMENT OF REFEREE FOR SATURDAY. (Recd This Day, 10.25 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. Mr W. S. Chapman, who will make his debut in international matches, has been appointed referee for Saturday’s match between the All Blacks and New South Wales. Yesterday several New Zealanders addressed pupils of a number of schools. Today, after training, the All Blacks will be the guests of RearAdmiral Custance, commander of the Australian Naval Squadron, on the warships Canberra and Sydney.
