FORMER NEW GUARD LEADER & OTHERS CHARGES OF CONSPIRACY AND PERJURY ALL ACCUSED COMMITTED FOR TRIAL By Telegraph—Press Association. Copyright. SYDNEY, July 11. Eric Campbell, aged 45, solicitor and former leadei' of the New Guard, Brigadier-General H. W. Lloyd, aged 54, member for Mosman in the Legislative Assembly, and R. A. Duesbury, accountant were today committed for trial on a charge of conspiracy to defraud the creditors of Du Menier Laboratories Ltd. Campbell and Duesbury were also committeed for trial on a charge of perjury. The cases will be heard at the quarter sessions on August 2. Bail of £5OO was allowed in each instance. All the defendants reserved their defences.
