Eric Campbell, aged 45, solicitor and former leadei' of the New Guard, Brigadier-General H. W. Lloyd, aged 54, member for Mosman in the Legislative Assembly, and R. A. Duesbury, accountant were today committed for trial on a charge of conspiracy to defraud the creditors of Du Menier Laboratories Ltd. Campbell and Duesbury were also committeed for trial on a charge of perjury. The cases will be heard at the quarter sessions on August 2. Bail of £5OO was allowed in each instance. All the defendants reserved their defences.
