COURSING MEETING
The Wairarapa Coursing Club will conduct its big meeting of the season next Saturday, when two 16-dog stakes, the Steve Cooper Challenge Cup (open) and the Kersiake Trophy (maiden) will be run. Nominations are coming to hand freely, including several from outside districts, and indications are that both stakes are likely to be over-subscribed. The hares are in splendid condition and everything points to this meeting being an outstanding success. The meeting will commence at 1.15 p.m.
