LANDING ARRANGEMENTS AT DARWIN. GREAT IMPROVEMENT MADE. (Recd This Day, 10.35 a.m.) DARWIN, This Day. In contrast to the delays which characterised the arrangements when the Challenger arrived passengers who reached Darwin yesterday by the fly-ing-boat Coorong were landed within nine minutes of the plane mooring anc ten minutes later they were in their hotel. Passengers who arrived at Darwin last week by the flying-boat Challenger complained bitterly of landing arrangements which entailed serious delays and discomforts.
