BUSINESS ON DOMINION EXCHANGES DETAILS OF SATURDAY’S SALES The following sales were recorded on the Dominion Stock Exchanges on Saturday:—
GOLD MINING RETURNS The New River dredge returned 320 z. from 10,000 yards for 118 hours. The White’s Electric return for the week ended July 8 was 30oz. for 128 hours from 7560 yards. The Molyneux Gold Dredging Co., Ltd.; advise that because of the very low level at present of the Molyneux River the company’s dredge has temporarily ceased operations. Normal operations will be resumed immediately river conditions permit.
'The Worksop Extended dredge returned 35 ounces for 124 hours from 10,500 yards. The Mataki Junction return for the week ended July 7 was 40oz of smelted gold for 131 hours and 20,000 yards dredged. The Argo Dredge return was 104 oz. for 128 hours’ work from 13,000 yards.
