Quotations are: Danish, 121 s to 1225; choicest salted New Zealand, 121 s; Australian, 119 s; Unsalted is at 2s premium. The cheese market is quiet. New Zealand white and coloured are quoted at 68s 6d and Australian at 66s 6d.
