STRIKE OF DOCTORS
SUGGESTED IN BRITAIN AGAINST THE ADMISSION OF AUSTRIANS ASSOCIATION TO AROUSE WHOLE COUNTRY By Telegraph—Press Association. Copyright. (Recd This Day, 10.20 a.m.) LONDON, July 7. British doctors have decided to adopt drastic trade union tactics, to prevent Austrian medical men practising in Britain. The secretary of the Medical Practitioners’ Association stated that it had been decided to circularise every doctor in Britain, and communicate with every member of the House of Commons. If this plan proves unsuccessful, the association will seek to arouse the whole country, and may stage a sitdown strike.
